Privacy and Security
Here you manage your account security, data privacy, and — if needed — account deletion.
Security
Go to Profile -> Settings -> Security.
Changing your password
- Enter your current password
- Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm the new password
- Click Change password

Active sessions
A list of devices and browsers where you're logged in. For each session, you can see:
- Device / browser
- IP address
- Last activity
You can log out any session — useful if you forgot to log out on someone else's computer.

Privacy
Go to Profile -> Settings -> Privacy.
Marketing consents
You can enable or disable:
- Marketing emails — information about new features, promotions
- Analytics cookies — help us improve the app
- Marketing cookies — advertising and personalization
Consent history
Below the settings, you can see your consent history — when you accepted the terms of service and privacy policy (with document versions).

Danger Zone
Go to Profile -> Settings -> Danger Zone. Here you'll find operations with serious consequences — that's why they're marked in red.
Deleting demo data
If you enabled demo data in the welcome wizard and want to remove it — click Delete demo data. All sample transactions, wallets, budgets, etc. will be deleted. Your real data will remain untouched.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account is a serious decision. Here's what happens:
- Click Delete account
- Confirm your decision
- The account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period
- Within 30 days, you can cancel the deletion — simply log in again
- After 30 days, the account and all data will be permanently deleted
If you have an active Premium subscription, you'll see a message about the need to cancel the subscription first.

Data export
You have the right to your data. You can export all your data from Finansify.
